The Ki-44 was a japanese warbird that Zenya recreated with a very high level of detail,and all this for free.

The plane is easy to fly,but the systems are in japanese ! I haven't already found the machine gun ! But the cockpit is really nice anyways, "Another great freeware for the X-Plane co-prosperity zone!Detail attention close to sub-atomic levels.The animated foldout handcrank for opening the canopy is almost a liability to safe flying..."says Lead Clutter.
I also saw there were many extra liveres on x-plane.org.
Zenya has also made other warbirds like this,all with stunning detail like this one.
Believe me,this is a payware-quality add-on you can get for free. A nice opponent for Heinz's P-51 and Mr3D's A6M Zero !
